JULIE SIEBEN Julie grew up in central Minnesota and attended the Univ of North Dakota where she majored in Management and Marketing. She has worked in many areas of marketing through out her career specializing in small business management. Shortly after marrying her husband in 1989 years ago, their adventure began. Ron served 20 years in the Air Force which allowed them to travel the world. As their two daughters were approaching their teenage years, they knew it was time to settle down in one location. The decision to move back to Minnesota was obvious: to be close to family and good schools. Julie’s past experiences, both as a frequent home buyer and seller, along with her knowledge in marketing made a career in real estate marketing management a natural fit. As an Administrative Coordinator, Julie wears many hats. Managing client files from the beginning of the relationship with the HittnerGroup to the closing day and beyond is just one aspect of Julie’s position. She coordinates the efforts of group members, Title and Loan Officers as well as other office staff. Creating and maintaining areas of the HittnerGroup website marketing campaigns along with client care are special areas of interest. Attention to detail and her willingness to help clients and support agents during every stage of a transaction is one of her strength and is a critical element in The HittnerGroup’s quest to deliver “world class service” . “Ensuring a smooth process for each transaction is crucial for a long term relationship with a client. That’s the focus of my job.”
